We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• In its original condition with all tags attached
• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the integrity and hygiene of our intimate apparel, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Corsets & Waist Trainers (due to intimate nature and custom fitting requirements)
• Leggings & Tights (intimate wear items)
• Socks & Stockings (intimate wear items)
• Onesies & Bodysuits (intimate wear items)

Please ensure you carefully check sizing information before ordering these specialty alternative fashion pieces, as we cannot accept returns for these items.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information:

• Your order number
• The items you wish to return or exchange
• Reason for return or exchange
• Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

• Return authorization number
• Shipping instructions and return address
• Any additional instructions specific to your items

Step 3: Package and Ship

Carefully package your items following these guidelines:

• Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
• Write your return authorization number on the outside of the package
• Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend DHL or FedEx)
• Ship to our returns address provided in your authorization email

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return package:

• We will inspect the items within 3-5 business days
• For approved returns: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• For exchanges: We will ship your new items within 1-2 business days after approval

Refund Information

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Shipping

For size exchanges, we offer one complimentary reshipment. Additional exchanges may incur shipping fees.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

International Returns

As we ship globally (excluding Asia and certain remote areas), international customers are responsible for:

• All return shipping costs and customs fees
• Ensuring proper customs documentation
• Any import/export restrictions in their country

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of damaged/defective items.
